The office of a member of the Board is vacated—
(a) upon the death of the member;
(b) if the member becomes disqualified under section 3(4);
(c) if the member resigns from membership under section 18;
(d) if the Minister revokes the appointment of that member under section 17;
(e) if the member's appointment is not renewed by the Minister as of the date of expiry of the members term of appointment; or
(f) if the member fails to attend 3 consecutive meetings of the Board without presenting a medical certificate or without being excused by the Minister in writing.
