(1) The Board shall prepare and maintain a list of attorneys-at-law who are willing to provide legal aid under this Act.
(2) An attorney-at-law who is desirous of providing legal aid and who holds a valid practicing certificate may, with his or her consent, be registered by the Board as a member of the list maintained under subsection (1).
