(1) Where the chairman, churchwarden or auditor—
(a) dies; or
(b) leaves the State; or
(c) otherwise becomes incapacitated or disqualified from executing his office before the expiration of his term of office;
the Vestry of the parish shall forthwith meet and choose another member to be the chairman, churchwarden or auditor as the case may be.
(2) The vestryman so appointed as chairman, churchwarden or auditor as the case may be shall have and exercise all powers granted by this Act to a chairman, churchwarden or auditor elected by any Vestry.
