(1) The first meeting of the Vestry shall be held as soon as possible after the election of new vestrymen.
(2) The members of the Vestry present shall elect by a majority of votes from among themselves a chairman to preside at all meetings of such Vestry, a church warden, and an auditor who shall all hold office for one year from the date of their election.
(3) A retiring chairman, churchwarden or auditor shall be eligible for re-election.
(4) The members of the Vestry present may appoint one of their number to perform the duties of chairman during the temporary absence of the chairman owing to illness, inability to attend, absence from the State or other cause.
