95. Notification of surcharge

(1) The Director of Finance shall give written notice of a decision to surcharge to —
1. (a) the public officer surcharged;
1. (b) the Accountant General;
1. I the Director of Audit.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) must include the grounds on which the surcharge is based and the amount of the surcharge.
