91. Notice of decision

(1) The Director of Finance shall give written notice of its decision within 7 days of receipt of the findings and recommendations of the Inquiry Committee to —
1. (a) the public officer surcharged;
1. (b) the accounting officer of the relevant Department;
1. (c) Accountant General;
1. (d) Director of Audit; and
1. (e) the Permanent Secretary of the Department of the Public Service.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) must specify —
1. (a) the grounds for surcharging the public officer;
1. (b) the surcharge amount;
1. (c) that the surcharge amount is payable to the Accountant General.
