(1) The Director of Finance shall give written notice of its decision within 7 days of receipt of the findings and recommendations of the Inquiry Committee to —
(a) the public officer surcharged;
(b) the accounting officer of the relevant Department;
I Accountant General;
(d) Director of Audit; and
I the Permanent Secretary of the Department of the Public Service.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) must specify —
(a) the grounds for surcharging the public officer;
(b) the surcharge amount;
I that the surcharge amount is payable to the Accountant General.
