38. Warrants for withdrawal from Consolidated Fund

The Minister may, in the prescribed form and manner, make a withdrawal from the Consolidated Fund under section 78 of the Constitution of Saint Lucia by a —

(a) General Warrant;

(b) Provisional Warrant.
