(1) Every person to whom a permit or certificate under this Act has been granted shall at all times, if required so to do, produce the permit or certificate to any immigration officer or member of the Police Force.
(2) No person to whom a permit or certificate under this Act has been granted shall lend, transfer, assign, or part with the possession of such permit or certificate to any other person.
(3) Where a person has in his or her possession a permit or certificate appearing to have been granted under this Act, he or she shall answer all questions put to him or her by an immigration officer or a member of the Police Force for the purpose of establishing his or her identity with the person named in the permit or certificate, as the case may be, and shall if required by an immigration officer or member of the Police Force so to do, submit to his or her finger prints being taken for that purpose.
