15. Prohibited immigrant not to enter or remain in Saint Lucia

Except as otherwise provided by this Act, no person —

(a) who is a prohibited immigrant; or

(b) who being deemed under this Act to be a prohibited immigrant, is dealt with as such,

shall enter or remain in Saint Lucia.
