27. Immigration office to cause prohibited immigrants entering or found in Saint Lucia to be removed therefrom

Except as otherwise provided in this Act, an immigration officer shall cause to be removed from Saint Lucia every prohibited immigrant, and every person deemed to be a prohibited immigrant and dealt with as such —

(a) who enters Saint Lucia; or

(b) who having entered Saint Lucia after the commencement of this Act is thereafter found within Saint Lucia.
