13. Immigrant to be deemed prohibited immigrant if he fails to leave Saint Lucia on or before the expiration of permit granted under section 12
If an immigrant to whom a permit has been granted under section 12 fails to leave Saint Lucia on or before the expiration of the period for which the permit has been granted, he or she shall, unless such period has been extended as provided in subsection (3) of that section, be deemed to be a prohibited immigrant.
