18. Permit to immigrant to remain in Saint Lucia pending the furnishing of security
Where security is required to be furnished in respect of an immigrant, an immigration officer may grant, on such conditions as he or she may deem expedient, a permit to the immigrant to enter and remain in Saint Lucia pending the furnishing of the security.
