62A. Use of mobile phone at polling station

The members of the Commission, the Chief Elections Officer, Assistant Chief Elections Officer or designated Staff, the returning officer, the Elections Clerk, the Assistant Elections Clerk and police officer on duty are the only persons who may use cell mobile phones within a polling station.
