(1) Without prejudice to section 17, there shall be in relation to each electoral district a register of police electors, correctional facility electors and fire service electors. (Amended by Act 13 of 2016)
(2) There shall be included in the register of police electors, correctional facility electors and fire service electors every person serving in the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force, Fire Service and correctional facilities on the qualifying date whom the registration officer is satisfied is not disqualified from being registered under this Act or any other enactment in force. (3) The Chief Elections Officer shall cause the name of any person whose name appears upon the register of police electors, correctional facility electors and fire service electors in any electoral district to be deleted from the official list of electors for any polling division. (Amended by Act 13 of 2016)
(4) The register of police electors, correctional facility electors and fire service electors is deemed to form part of the official list of electors for the polling station nearest to the office of the returning officer. (Amended by Act 13 of 2016)
