Revised Laws of Saint Lucia (2021)

36.   Determination to be final

Every determination of a dispute by arbitrators or by the Court or by the Registrar under this Act shall be binding and conclusive on all parties, and shall be final, and shall not be subject to appeal.

However, the arbitrators or the Registrar, as the case may be, may, at the request of either party, state a case for the opinion of the Court on any question of law, and shall have power to grant to either party to the dispute such discovery, as to documents or otherwise, as might be granted by the Court.
