Revised Laws of Saint Lucia (2021)

33.   Court may order compliance with the decision of arbitrators

Should either of the parties to the dispute refuse or neglect to comply with or conform to the award within a time to be limited therein, the Court, upon being satisfied that the award has been made and of the refusal of the party to comply therewith, shall treat the award as if it were a judgment of the Court, and enforce compliance therewith upon the petition of any person concerned, in the same manner as it would enforce a judgment.
