12.   Evidence of registration

Any certificate of incorporation or registration, or other documents relating to a society, purporting to be signed by the Registrar, shall, in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, be received by the Court and elsewhere without proof of the signature of the Registrar; and a copy of the rules of a society, certified by the secretary or other officer of the society to be a true copy of its registered rules, shall, in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, be received as evidence of the rules.
