19. Record of materials used in brewing of beer
Every brewer shall maintain, in a form agreed with the Comptroller, a record of the receipts, usings, and stocks of materials used in the brewing of beer or preparation of solution, and shall make such entries therein not later than 24 hours after such receipts or usings and shall allow the officer to inspect such a record at all reasonable times and to make entries therein and take extracts therefrom.
