18. Entry of premises
Every brewer shall, before he or she begins to brew, make entry in the required form of all premises, rooms, places and vessels intended to be used by him or her for his or her business, specifying the purpose for which each room, place and vessel is to be used and the mark by which it is distinguished. The brewer shall sign the entry, and deliver it to the officer.
