2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Commission” means the Salaries Review Commission established under section 4;
“incumbent” means the holder of an office mentioned in the Schedule;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for Finance has been assigned;
“recommendations” means the recommendations of the Commission contained in the report;
“report” means the report of the Commission concerning any review of salaries and other conditions of service of incumbents.
