(1) The Commission shall meet at such times as may be necessary or expedient for the transaction of its business and each meeting shall be held on the days and at the place and time that the Commission determines.
(2) The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Commission and in the absence of the Chairperson the members present and constituting a quorum shall elect a temporary Chairperson from among their members who shall preside at that meeting.
(3) The quorum of the Commission at any meeting shall be the Chairperson and 3 other members.
(4) Subject to this section, the Commission shall regulate its own procedure.
