(1) The Commission shall with the approval of the Governor General review the salaries and other conditions of service of the holders of the offices mentioned in the Schedule.
(2) Despite subsection (1), the Commission may review the salaries and other conditions of service of incumbents—
(a) immediately following the review of salaries and other conditions of service of officers in the public sector;
(b) at any such time at the request of the Prime Minister.
(3) The Minister may on the recommendation of the Cabinet by order amend the Schedule.
