(1) A person shall not import or export an ozone depleting substance unless that person is a registered importer or exporter who holds a valid ozone depleting substance licence.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than $5,000 and not exceeding $25,000.
(3) Section 31 applies to ozone depleting substances imported contrary to subsection (1).
