DISPOSITION TO OR BY AN INTERNATIONAL TRUST
44. Scope
This part applies to an action or proceeding relating to a disposition to or by an international trust, or to or by an entity owned or controlled by an international trust, whether the property has or had as its situs within or outside Saint Lucia, at the time of the disposition or of the commencement of such proceedings.
