If an international trust or disposition thereto is declared invalid under the provisions this Part or Part 12, the international trust or the disposition shall be invalid only to the extent necessary to satisfy the obligations of the creditor at whose instance the international trust or disposition was declared invalid together with such costs as the Court may allow under the relevant Part.
