(1) This Act applies only to a trust whether created before or after the commencement of this Act, which is an international trust. (Amended by Act 15 of 2018)
(2) This Act will continue to apply to entities registered prior to 1st December, 2018 until the 30th of June, 2021. (Inserted by Act 15 of 2018)
