Without prejudice to the personal liability of a trustee, trust property which has been changed or dealt with through a breach of the international trust or any property into which the trust property has been converted may be traced, followed and recovered unless—
(a) it is no longer identifiable; or
(b) it is in the hands of a good faith purchaser for value without actual, constructive or implied notice of the breach of the international trust.
