(1) An international trust may be created for a purpose which is non-charitable if—
(a) the purpose is specific, reasonable and capable of fulfillment; and
(b) the purpose as described in the stated purpose of the international trust is not, unlawful or contrary to public policy in Saint Lucia.
(2) An international trust created for a non charitable purpose in accordance with subsection (1) shall be known as a purpose international trust.
