(1) A stranger shall not be entitled to enter or remain within the House or the precincts of the House without the authority of the Speaker.
(2) The Speaker may at any time order any stranger to withdraw from the House or from the precincts of the House, and if any such person shall fail to obey such order he or she may be forcibly removed from the House or from the precincts of the House by any officer of the House and proceedings shall not lie in any court against the Speaker, or against such officer in respect of such removal.
(3) This section shall not be construed so as to prevent any member from going to or coming from the House or the precincts of the House of which he or she is a member.
