(1) There is hereby established for purposes of this Act a body corporate to be called the Architects Registration Board and section 19 of the Interpretation Act, Cap. 1.06 shall apply to the Board.
(2) The provisions of Schedule 1 shall have effect with respect to the constitution and procedure of the Board and other related matters.
