16. Partnership, associations or corporations
A partnership, association or corporation may practice architecture in its own name where its principal and customary function is to practice architecture, and where the work is done under the responsibility and supervision of a partner or an associate, or a director of a corporation or a full-time permanent employee of the partnership, association or corporation who is a registered architect.
