10.   Certain factors not considered when determining qualifications for registration

    (1)   In determining whether a person who applies for registration is duly qualified to be registered under this Act, the fact that the person adopts or refrains from adopting, intends to adopt or refrain from adopting, the practice of any particular theory of architectural design shall not be taken into consideration.

    (2)   Where a person submits to examination in order to entitle him or her to register under this Act, there shall not be imposed upon him or her any obligation to adopt or refrain from adopting the practice of any particular theory of architecture as a test or condition of admitting him or her to examination or registration under this Act.
