(1) A person who, subsequent to his or her registration, obtains any degree, qualification or other designation relevant to the practice of architecture, shall be entitled, on payment of the prescribed fee, to have such degree, qualification of designation inserted in the register in substitution for, or in addition to, any such qualification, degree or designation previously entered.
