(1) For the purposes of any legal proceedings within Saint Lucia, a certificate under the hand of the Coordinator stating that the person specified in the certificate sat as a member of a service court is receivable in evidence and is conclusive proof of that fact.
(2) A certificate under the hand of the Coordinator given under subsection (1) stating that a military member or a dependant is being detained in any of the circumstances described in section 14, is receivable in evidence and is conclusive proof of the cause of his or her detention, but not of his or her being a military member or a dependant.
