For the purposes of the Crown Proceedings Act—
(a) a tort committed by a military member or a police member while acting within the scope of his or her duties or employment shall be deemed to have been committed by a servant of the Crown while acting within the scope of his or her duties or employment;
(b) property owned, occupied, possessed or controlled by the armed forces or police force of a Member State other than Saint Lucia shall be deemed to be possessed or controlled by the Crown; and
(c) a service motor vehicle of the armed forces or police force of a Member State other than Saint Lucia shall be deemed to be owned by the Crown.
