(1) The members of a service court that is exercising jurisdiction by virtue of this Act, and witnesses appearing before such a service court, have the like immunities and privileges as a High Court exercising jurisdiction, and witnesses appearing before the High Court.
(2) Subsection (1) applies only to military members.
