73. Allowable deductions

Where the annuity contract has been registered by the Comptroller as a registered plan under section 69, the deduction allowed shall be an amount of the premium paid up to a maximum amount of $8,000. (Inserted by Act 12 of 1999, amended by Act 9 of 2001, substituted by Act 14 of 2003Act 14 of 2003 applies in respect of income year 2002.
