70. Change in annuity contracts
If an alteration is made to an annuity contract after the date of application for registration of the contract, the annuitant shall in writing notify the Comptroller of the alteration, and in default of such notification any registration granted, unless the Comptroller otherwise orders, is considered to have been withdrawn as from the date from which the alteration had effect.
