24. Obligations of liquidators and trustees on dissolution
Where a society is being dissolved in manner prescribed by its rules, or in pursuance of the consent of 3/4 of the members, the provisions of this Act shall continue to apply in the case of the society, as if the liquidators or other persons conducting the dissolution of the society, or the trustees appointed under the instrument of dissolution, were the board of directors or committee of management of the society.
