(1) Every grower whose holding has suffered loss of ratoon mats shall, within the prescribed time after the occurrence of the windstorm which occasioned the loss or within such further period as the Authority may in any special case permit, make a return to the Authority in such form as may be prescribed claiming benefit in respect of that loss.
(2) Every return under subsection (1) shall contain in relation to the affected holding such particulars as may be prescribed and shall include an estimate in the prescribed manner of the percentage of loss of ratoon mats suffered by that holding.
