(1) Any grower who—
(a) is qualified to receive any statutory benefit under the provisions of this Act; or
(b) is entitled to receive any benefit under any contract of insurance entered into under the provisions of section 23,
shall be paid that benefit in such manner and in such instalments and on such terms and conditions of payment of such instalments as may be prescribed.
(2) The first instalment payable to any grower under the provisions of subsection (1) shall be paid by the Authority as soon as may be after the Authority has computed the amount of benefit payable to that grower and the subsequent instalments shall be paid as soon as the same becomes due and payable.
