3. Establishment of Bureau of Standards
There is established a body corporate to be known as the Saint Lucia Bureau of Standards (in this Act called the Bureau) with perpetual succession and a common seal, and with power to acquire, hold and dispose of land and other property, to enter into contracts and to do all things necessary for the purpose of its functions.
