(1) An action, suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall not be brought or instituted against a member of the Council in his or her personal capacity, in respect of any act done or omitted to be done by him or her in good faith in execution or purported execution of his or her duties under this Act.
(2) Where a member of the Council is exempt from liability by reason only of this section the Bureau is liable for the acts of the member on the principles of agency.
