29.   Accounts and records

  1.  

    (1)   The Bureau shall keep proper accounts and other records in relation to its business and shall prepare annually a statement of accounts in a form satisfactory to the Minister.

    (2)   Accounts kept in accordance with subsection (1) shall be submitted to be audited with vouchers to the Director of Audit or such other auditor as the Minister may approve.
