Where under the terms of a policy relating to a specified motor vehicle the holder is entitled to drive any other motor vehicle without contravening section 3 of the Act, the insurer by whom the policy was issued shall on demand being made to him or her by the holder issue to him or her a further certificate of insurance in the forms set out as Forms A or B in the Schedule.
