(1) A development agency shall—
(a) keep an inventory of all equipment and vehicles obtained under a permit granted under section 4(1);
(b) permit the Comptroller of Customs or any person authorised by the Comptroller of Customs to inspect and take copies or extracts of the inventory kept under paragraph (a);
(c) grant to the Comptroller of Customs or a person authorised by the Comptroller of Customs access to any of its premises for the purpose of examining the equipment, vehicles and inventory referred to in paragraph (a).
(2) A development agency which fails to comply with any of the provisions of this section commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
