2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“development agency” means an agency specified in the Schedule;
“Comptroller of Customs” means the person so appointed under the Customs (Control and Management) Act;
“customs duty” means duty imposed on imported or purchased goods;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for finance;
“prescribed” means prescribed in the regulations made under section 12;
“professional staff” means senior officers employed at the managerial, administrative and technical level.
