The Minister may make regulations for the carrying out of the provisions of this Act, and in particular, may make regulations—
(a) prescribing the form and manner in which applications shall be made for any permit which may be granted under this Act and the forms of such permits;
(b) prescribing the fees to be paid under this Act;
(c) prescribing the equipment and vehicles to be exempted under the Act;
(d) prescribing the form of the inventory to be kept in respect of equipment and vehicles imported or purchased under a permit granted under this Act;
(e) prescribing any other thing which may be, or is required to be prescribed under this Act.
