(1) Upon production of a permit to the Comptroller of Customs, a development agency may import free of all customs duties such equipment and vehicles as are specified in the permit.
(2) All equipment and vehicles imported under subsection (1) are subject to the condition that they shall be used exclusively by the development agency for its official use.
