133. False entries in Register etc.

(1) A person shall not intentionally—
1. (a) make a false entry in the Register;
1. (b) cause a false entry to be made in the Register; or
1. (c) tender in evidence a document that falsely purports to be a copy of, or an extract from, an entry in the Register or a document in the Registry of Companies and Intellectual Property.

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and upon summary conviction is liable to a fine of $1,000.
